About Osavi – MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 – 60 vegan caps

Osavi MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 delivers three essential B vitamins in their most bioavailable, active forms — pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (the active form of B6), Quatrefolic® (the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid), and methylcobalamin (the active form of B12). Användning och dosering

Take 1 capsule daily, after a meal. It is recommended to take in the morning.
