Welcome to Viking Supplements®. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order — by completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Behörighet

För att kunna göra en beställning måste du vara minst 18 år gammal och ha rättslig handlingsförmåga att ingå ett bindande avtal. Genom att beställa bekräftar du att så är fallet.

3. Produkter

Vi säljer kosttillskott och relaterade produkter. Vi strävar efter att beskriva och presentera våra produkter så korrekt som möjligt, men mindre avvikelser i förpackning, utseende eller ingrediensförteckning kan förekomma i takt med att tillverkarna uppdaterar sina produkter. Produktbilderna är endast illustrativa och kan skilja sig något från den levererade varan.

Kosttillskott bör inte användas som ersättning för en varierad och balanserad kost och en hälsosam livsstil. Överskrid inte den rekommenderade dagliga dosen. Förvaras utom räckhåll för små barn. Våra produkter är inte avsedda att diagnostisera, behandla, bota eller förebygga någon sjukdom.

4. Priser

All prices are shown in the currency applicable to your store and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the product price; they are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra priserna när som helst, men ändringarna påverkar inte beställningar som vi redan har bekräftat. Vid uppenbara pris- eller tryckfel är vi inte skyldiga att leverera produkten till det felaktiga priset och kommer att kontakta dig innan vi behandlar din beställning.

5. Hur ett avtal ingås

Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it — this does not yet mean your order is accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock), we will inform you and refund any payment already taken.

6. Betalning

We accept a range of payment methods provided through our payment processor, Mollie, including credit and debit cards, Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, iDEAL and other relevant local payment methods. The payment methods available to you depend on your country and are displayed at checkout — not every method is available in every market.

Betalningen dras vid beställningstillfället. Din beställning behandlas först när betalningen har godkänts.

7. Leverans

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is normally 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Full details are set out in our Frakt- och leveransvillkor.

Some orders may be shipped directly from one of our suppliers or fulfilment partners within the EU, so the sender shown on the parcel may differ from “Viking Supplements”. This does not affect your rights: Eco Supplements EOOD remains the seller and your point of contact for your order, including any questions about delivery, faults, returns or refunds.

Risken för förlust eller skada på varorna övergår till dig när du (eller en av dig utsedd tredje part, som inte är transportören) tar varorna i fysisk besittning.

8. Ångerrätt (avbeställning)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Undantag för förseglade varor: Av hälso- och hygienskäl gäller inte ångerrätten för förseglade produkter som har öppnats efter leveransen. Det innebär att om förseglingen eller säkerhetsförpackningen till ett kosttillskott har öppnats kan varan inte längre returneras enligt den vanliga ångerrätten.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can complete our online withdrawal form, or contact us at support@vikingsupplements.eu with a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period expires. Returkostnader: Om du ångrar köpet enbart för att du har ändrat dig, står du för de direkta kostnaderna för att returnera varorna.

9. Återbetalningar

Where you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

10. Defekta eller felaktiga varor (lagstadgade rättigheter)

As the seller is established in Bulgaria, your statutory rights under Bulgarian consumer law apply, alongside the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence within the EU. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy and have a right to complain for up to 2 years from delivery, provided you notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. These statutory rights are not affected by the change-of-mind withdrawal right described above. Please contact us så snart som möjligt om det uppstår något problem med din beställning.

11. Ansvar

Inget i dessa villkor begränsar eller utesluter vårt ansvar i de fall där detta skulle vara olagligt, inklusive ansvar för dödsfall eller personskada som orsakats av vårdslöshet eller bedrägeri. Med förbehåll för detta är vi inte ansvariga för förluster som inte var förutsebara eller som uppstår till följd av att du inte följer produktanvisningarna, de rekommenderade doserna eller förvaringsvillkoren.

12. Tvistlösning

We hope to resolve any issue directly — please contact us first at support@vikingsupplements.eu. If we cannot reach a solution together, EU consumers can access independent dispute-resolution information via the European Commission’s Consumer Redress platform. For cross-border disputes within the EU, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) offers free assistance.

13. Tillämplig lag

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.

14. Ändringar av dessa villkor

Vi kan komma att uppdatera dessa villkor från tid till annan. Den version som gäller vid den tidpunkt då du lägger din beställning är den som gäller för ditt köp.
