KENAY Phytosterols extra delivers a concentrated blend of plant sterols — naturally occurring compounds found in fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains — in a convenient vegetarian capsule. Each daily serving of 2 capsules provides 800 mg of plant sterols, with a clearly defined phytosterol profile including beta-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol and brassicasterol.

Plant sterols have been shown to help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. According to EU-authorised health claims, plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols. KENAY Phytosterols extra is formulated to support a cholesterol-conscious lifestyle as part of a balanced and varied diet.

The formula uses a 95% plant sterol concentrate combined with inulin, a prebiotic dietary fibre, and is encapsulated in a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) shell — making it fully suitable for vegans and vegetarians. With 60 capsules per pack, each container provides a 30-day supply at the recommended dose.

Take 1 capsule twice daily (2 capsules per day). Daily serving: 2 capsules.

Varningar

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consumption of more than 3 g/day of added plant sterols/stanols should be avoided. A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. To be used as part of a balanced and varied diet, including regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Patients on cholesterol-lowering medication should only consume the product under medical supervision. Not recommended for use in pregnancy.
