Osavi Omega-3 Fish Oil Molecularly Distilled delivers a concentrated source of EPA and DHA from pelagic fish oil in a convenient softgel format. Each daily serving of 2 softgels provides 2000 mg of fish oil (TG 18/12), yielding a minimum of 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA — surpassing the 250 mg daily intake level at which EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function, as recognised by EFSA. The triglyceride (TG) form is used to support natural absorption, and the oil is molecularly distilled for purity.
