Användning och dosering

Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 5–8 oz (150–250 ml) of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Take 1–3 scoops 20–30 minutes before training. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Never exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period. Do not use for more than 5 out of 7 consecutive days.
