Användning och dosering
Förångare/brännare: Tillsätt 6–8 droppar eterisk olja i en ångspridare eller en doftlampa. Inandning: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation for children over 10 years only.) Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil, swirl into water.
