Swanson Vitamin D-3 4000 IU delivers a high-potency dose of cholecalciferol — the form of vitamin D3 most readily utilised by the body. Each softgel provides 100 µg (4000 IU) of vitamin D, contributing to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function, and normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

The cholecalciferol is suspended in linseed oil, supporting optimal absorption of this fat-soluble vitamin. Presented in convenient softgel capsules, this product is designed for adults who wish to support their daily vitamin D intake, particularly during periods of limited sunlight exposure.

Each pack contains 90 softgel capsules, providing a 90-day supply at the recommended serving of one capsule per day.

One capsule daily with food, washed down with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The maximum amount of vitamin D in dietary supplements intended for healthy adults up to 75 years of age is 2000 IU (50 µg) per day, and for healthy adults over 75 years of age is 4000 IU (100 µg) per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Persons taking medications or those who are ill should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
