Each tablet delivers 262.5 mg of a concentrated 25–30:1 milk thistle extract — equivalent to up to 7,875 mg of powdered ground seed — standardised to 80% silymarin content, providing 210 mg of silymarin flavonolignans per serving. This level of standardisation ensures consistent, measurable intake with every tablet.
Choline is included at 85 mg per tablet and contributes to normal lipid metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function — an authorised health claim under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Ingredients
Bulking agent (sorbitol), milk thistle [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.] seed extract 25–30:1 – standardised to 80% silymarin content, choline bitartrate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal, swallowed with plenty of water. Long-term use is recommended. Duration: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days.
