Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
This policy explains your right to cancel an order, how to return goods, and how refunds are handled. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
The full statutory withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form are set out on our withdrawal page.
1. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several partial shipments, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take possession of the last item.
2. Important Exception — Sealed Food Supplements
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This means that once the seal or the protective packaging of a food supplement has been opened, the product can no longer be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal.
3. How to Withdraw and Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
- Completing our online withdrawal form.
- Sending an email to support@vikingsupplements.eu with a clear statement of your decision.
- Sending us a letter by post to the address given below.
You may use the model withdrawal form set out on our withdrawal page, but this is not obligatory. Stating your order number and the items concerned helps us to process your request quickly. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.
After you have notified us, please send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you notify us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.
Please send returned goods to:
Dextrum Fulfillment, a.s.
Kirilovova 181
739 21 Paskov
Czech Republic
Please include your order number with the return so that we can process your refund without delay.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In practical terms, you may examine the goods as you would in a shop. If the goods have been handled beyond this, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Where you withdraw from the contract, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking, so that the return can be traced.
6. Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Where you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the supplementary costs resulting from that choice.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under the statutory rules on liability for defects.
The statutory liability period is two years from delivery of the goods. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence, remain unaffected.
These statutory rights apply in addition to, and independently of, the 14-day right of withdrawal, and they are not affected by the sealed-goods exception described above.
8. Goods Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following cannot be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal:
- Sealed food supplements where the seal or the protective packaging has been removed after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrect goods.
9. Dispute Resolution
We always aim to resolve any issue directly. Please contact us first at support@vikingsupplements.eu.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
For cross-border consumer questions within the EU, consumers can obtain information from the European Consumer Centres Network: ECC-Net.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, also referred to as the ODR platform, was discontinued by the European Commission. We therefore no longer link to that platform.
