Ingredients
Whey protein concentrate from milk [contains lecithin (1); soya lecithin (2)], maltodextrin, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose. Depending on the type of lecithin used, symbol 1–2.
Usage & Dosage
Mix a portion of 30 g (2.5 scoops) in 200 ml of skim milk or water. Consume 1–2 times a day depending on your needs.
