100% Boswellia carterii (frankincense) oil. Naturally occurring allergens: Limonene.
Usage & Dosage
Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of blending oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil, swirl into water.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy and nursing.
