Ingredients
100% Mentha piperita (peppermint) oil
Usage & Dosage
Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water and inhale vapour for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalations not recommended for children under 10). Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Peppermint is best avoided in facial massage.

Storage
