Usage & Dosage
Recommended daily serving: 1–2 applications shortly before going to sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Shake well before use. Apply to the throat using the atomiser. 1 application = 0.5 mg melatonin; 2 applications = 1 mg melatonin. The pack contains approximately 300 servings (at 1 application) or 150 servings (at 2 applications).
Warnings
Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. Do not use during periods of driving vehicles or operating machinery. Do not combine with alcohol consumption or with medicines, including herbal medicines. This product contains a sweetener (xylitol) — consumption in excessive amounts may have a laxative effect.
