Usage & Dosage
1 serving per day = 1/3 of the ampoule = 2 and ½ ampoule caps (20 ml), approximately 30 minutes before training. Shake well before use. One ampoule contains 3 servings. Once opened, store refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
Warnings
High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women (caffeine content: 965 mg/100 ml; 193 mg per 1 serving = 1/3 ampoule (20 ml)). Not recommended for people with heart conditions or hypertension or those hypersensitive to any ingredient. Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not consume other products containing caffeine simultaneously (e.g. other food supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not use before bedtime or in the hours immediately preceding sleep. Some individuals may experience tingling or numbness after consumption — this is a temporary effect attributed to beta-alanine and does not affect health. Possible sediment and crystallisation are natural phenomena and do not affect product quality. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
