Applied Nutrition Carb X is a carbohydrate supplement containing Cluster Dextrin® (Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin). Carb X delivers 24g of carbohydrates per serving with zero sugars, zero fat, and zero protein.
Each serving also contains 50mg of AstraGin® — a patented blend of Panax Notoginseng and Astragalus Membranaceus. The Millions Blackcurrant flavour brings a bold, refreshing taste to every shake. Applied Nutrition also recommends combining Carb X with i-Drive™.

Ingredients
Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (Cluster Dextrin®), Natural Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), AstraGin® (Panax Notoginseng, Astragalus Membranaceus), Colour (Anthocyanin).
Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 Scoop (25g) with 500ml of water in an Applied Nutrition shaker or jug and consume before, during, and after exercise for best results. Also recommended to be taken with i-Drive™ for maximum results. *Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended.
