Ingredients
Magnesium (from ITM), chloride (from ITM), boron (from ITM), inulin (including oligofructose), purified water, organic gum arabic (Acacia senegal), white grape concentrate, apple juice concentrate, natural orange and tangerine flavors, aloe (Aloe barbadensis), apple pectin, potassium benzoate, and potassium sorbate (for freshness). Contains 3 grams of added sugar.
Usage & Dosage
Shake vigorously before use. Take 1 cap (30 ml / 2 tbsp) directly or mixed with juice or food. Begin by taking 1 tablespoon daily for 1 week to allow the GI tract to adjust, then take 2 tbsp (1 oz) daily if desired. An influx of digestive gases is normal and should be expected.
