Holland & Barrett Multivits & Iron is a comprehensive daily tablet delivering 14 essential vitamins and minerals, each at 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). Formulated to help fill nutritional gaps in a busy modern lifestyle, every tablet provides a full spectrum of B vitamins, fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, vitamin C, and iron — all in a single, convenient dose taken with a meal.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The B vitamins in this formula — including B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin and folic acid — contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and increases iron absorption, while vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones.
Each pack contains 60 tablets, providing a full two-month supply at one tablet per day. The tablet format makes daily supplementation straightforward and easy to incorporate into any routine.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
