Ingredients
Bulking agent (sorbitol), L-selenomethionine preparation [calcium phosphates, organic selenium (L-selenomethionine)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Usage & Dosage
Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 tablet daily, swallowed with plenty of water. Children aged 6–12 years: 1 tablet every two days. Recommended duration of use: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days.
