Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop with 150–250 ml (5–8 oz) of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Take 1 to 3 times daily. Always assess your tolerance with a single scoop. Never exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period. Consume 20–30 minutes before training.
