Ingredients
100% cardamom seed oil (Elettaria cardamomum) — ethically harvested cardamom. Naturally occurring allergens: citral, geraniol, limonene and linalool.
Usage & Dosage
Vaporizer/diffuser: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water; inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years of age). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil; mix into water.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Not recommended for those with sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. Not recommended for use on the face. Consult your healthcare professional before using during pregnancy. DANGER: Flammable liquid and vapour. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. This application (steam inhalation) is not suitable for asthmatics.
