100% Pure Zingiber officinale (ginger) root oil
Usage & Dosage
Vaporiser/burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Steam inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of blending/carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use this essential oil on children under 10 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Ginger essential oil is a powerful essential oil; do not exceed the stated drops in blends. It is best avoided in individuals with eczema or highly allergy-prone skin. May produce an allergic reaction.
