Ingredients
100% Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil
Usage & Dosage
Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.
Inhalation (facial steam): Add 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Not suitable for asthmatics via inhalation — use in a diffuser instead. Inhalation by steam not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil.
Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Keep out of reach of children.
