Ingredients
100% Pure Cymbopogon citratus (lemongrass) leaf oil. Contains: Citral, Geraniol.
Usage & Dosage
Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Do not use on children under 12 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy and nursing. Lemongrass is a powerful essential oil; do not exceed the stated drops in blends. Best avoided in individuals with eczema or highly allergy-prone skin. Keep out of reach of children. Danger: Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye damage. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents in accordance with local requirements.
