Ingredients
100% Citrus nobilis (mandarin) peel oil
Usage & Dosage
Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.
Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation method only suitable for children over 10 years old.)
Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of blending oil. Reduce to 2 drops per 10 ml blending oil for sensitive skin or children aged 5–12 years old.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Mandarin is not recommended in massage for people with sensitive skin, but can be vaporised. Do not use the inhalation method if you suffer from asthma. Keep away from painted surfaces and plastics. Keep away from naked flames.
